Payment terms
These terms apply to payments made to Modesto Greek Folk Dancers through the Family Portal or directly to the program.
1. Charges
MGFD may collect fees and reimbursements related to participation in the dance program, including annual dancer registration and costume expenses. The amount, due date, and description of each online charge appear in the family's private portal before payment.
2. Payment methods
Payments may be made online or by another method accepted by MGFD. Online payments are one-time transactions; families are not enrolled in recurring billing or automatic subscriptions.
3. Refunds, cancellations, and corrections
Requests are reviewed individually based on the reason for the request and whether MGFD has already incurred related costs. Approved online-payment refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
4. Payment security
Online card payments are completed through a secure payment processor. MGFD does not store complete card numbers on this website.
5. Costume items and delivery
MGFD does not operate a public online store. Costume items are coordinated directly through the dance program and are not shipped from this website.
